Hawaiian Haystacks is a fun, simple & delicious meal that pleases everyone. You can give a huge variety of toppings and everyone can make it fit their own tastes. This is one of our family favorites. It starts with cooked rice, then the sauce and chicken. On top of all of that you can add any of the toppings that you like.
Sauce:
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. milk
Salt & pepper
1 Tb lemon jouce
Onion & garlic powder to taste
4-5 breasts cooked cubed chicken
Cooked rice
Toppings:
wonton noodles
shredded coconut
cut pineapple
diced tomatoes
chopped olives
grated cheddar cheese
chopped celery
chopped green onions
toasted cashews or almonds
