Orange Chicken

2/3 c. soy sauce
½ c. orange juice
2 cloves garlic
¼ c. brown sugar
2-3 Chicken breasts
Lots of chopped vegetables (onions, peppers, broccoli, your choice)

Mix juice, soy sauce, sugar and garlic. Marinate chicken in sauce in a Ziploc bag for about 1 hour. Sauté chicken & marinade with vegetables. Serve over rice.
