Easiest Pumpkin Cookies

I heart this recipe. In the fall I always crave pumpkin cookies. I used to make them the hard way adding all the spices & ingredients, until I came across this recipe. It's way too easy to taste this good!

1 Spice Cake Mix
1 15 oz Can Pumpkin
1 Bag Chocolate chips

Mix all together & drop by spoonfuls ont a greased cookie sheet. Bake @ 375 for 15 minutes.

Hey, nice to meet ya. I'm Gigi. I've been stalking for months. I enjoy reading your recipes and I've even tried a few. Thanks.

I have a question about this recipe. Do you add eggs or water or oil like it says on the back of the package of cake mix?? Or do you just use the dry cake mix, can of pumpkin and c-chips, nothing else? I want to try this today.

Hey, gigi! Thanks for your comment. you don't follow the box directions at all. Just the cake mix & pumpkin.

Thank you for answering that question for me. I couldn't find spice cake mix at Wal mart so I got butter pecan cake mix.(first time I've ever seen that) Do you think I could use that and add a teaspoon of alspice? Maybe I'll just wait and try and find spice cake somewhere else. Any way, thanks.
These are my favorite cookies! The only problem is I am the only one in my family who likes them so i end up eating all of them. I have recruited Natalie to my side and she begs me to make them. They are super yummy with Ghiradelli (sp?) chocolate chips. Yum!!
