This is a great snack for kids- and adults. We really enjoyed these. I kinda couldn't stop eating them. They are mostly healthy- with a little sweet added in- great in place of sugary granola bars.
3/4 c. honey
1 c. peanut butter
3 c. oats
1/2 c. ground flax seed
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
1-2 c. chocolate chips, dried fruit or nuts
Mix all together & roll into balls. Store in an airtight container.
