Honey Mustard Chicken Fingers

We made these for dinner this week & they were a hit. Really tasty & a quick easy variation on chicken.

3 c. Corn Flakes ( I was actually out & used Corn Chex & Special K)
1 Tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp lemon zest
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lb chicken cut into strips
2 Tbsp dijon mustard

Crush cereal and mix with honey, salt, pepper, & lemon zest. Dredge the chicken in the dijon mustard & dip into cereal mixture.

Bake @ 450 degrees for 12 minutes.
