Classic Dijon Vinaigrette

This is a simple dressing, but it has so much flavor.  I used it with Romaine lettuce, some grated Romano cheese, cherry tomatoes and croutons~ delicious!

1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
 pinch of sugar
3/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves minced garlic

Whisk it together to combine.  It tastes better if you make it a little ahead (about an hour) so the garlic has time to spread it's flavor throughout.
