1 pkg. brownie mix
1 egg
1 Tbsp water
14 oz bag caramel squares
1/2 can evaporated milk
2 pkg cream cheese
½ c. sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease the bottom of a 9” spring form pan. Mix brownie mix according to box directions then add an extra egg and water. Pour into the pan and bake 20 minutes.
Melt caramels & evaporated milk together over low heat until creamy. Set aside a small amount for the topping (about 1/3 c.) Pour the rest over the cooked brownie. Mix cream cheese, sugar & vanilla. Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each. Pour over caramel ad bake for 40-45 minutes. Chill. After chilled, remove outer part of pan. Drizzle caramel over each piece when serving.
