Megan's caesar dressing

Print Friendly and PDF 1 clove garlic, mashed
1/3 cup olive oil
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dry mustard
pepper

Mix those together and toss on salad. Also toss on a lid-full of lemon juice and some Parmesan cheese.

I emailed Megan tonight. She sent me this recipe. Its so delicious! Pretty sure that Megan used to cook some chicken fajita style, too. Try it - I hope you like it!

I made this for dinner tonight. It was really good, I would just reduce the salt. I think it was WAY too salty. I wrote 1/8 tsp down on my recipe card, that way if it needs a little more you can always add it. Good recipe, though.
