Pork Tenderloin

1 c sugar
½ c soy sauce
2 clove garlic
6 Tbsp ketchup
pork tenderloin

Mix as a marinade. Marinate pork tenderloins for several hours or overnight. Bake at 400 for 1 hour. I often double the marinade to use as a sauce over the meat.
