Big Apple Pancake

1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. butter (I usually do half this amount)
1 apple, peeled, cored, & sliced
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a bowl mix together flour, eggs, & milk. Set aside. Melt butter & cook apples in a sauce pan until apples are soft. Add cinnamon & sugar. Mix & pour into a round cake pan. Pour batter over the top. Bake for 17-19 min. Tur immediately onto a plate with the apples on top.

4 servings (Somehow, I manage to eat it all myself, though!)
