Broccoli Salad

2 heads raw broccoli
1 small red onion
1/2 lb bacon, cooked, drained & crumbled
¼ c vinegar
¼ c sugar
1 c. mayonnaise
¼ c parmesan cheese

1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds

Toss with dressing just before serving to prevent sogginess.
