Smoked Pork Roast

1 pork roast
1 Tbsp liquid smoke
1/2 c. water
Salt

Put in a roasting pan & cover tightly with heavy duty aluminum foil. Cook in an oven preheated to 325 for about 6 hours. Check after a few hours to make sure it is not too dry, you can add more water as needed. After it cooks, it will shred very easily. This is one of my ABSOLUTE favorite meats. It is so easy to make, and great for leftovers with barbecue sauce on a sandwich. You could probably do the same thing in a crock-pot.
