Marinated Flank Steak

We had this for dinner Sunday. I don't usually like steak, but I really loved this marinade.

1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp ground black pepper 1 1/2 lb flank steak

Mix all together. Place meat in a shallow baking dish. Pour the marinade over the steak and turn it to make sure it is covered on all sides. Cover & refrigerate 6 hrs (turning once).

Preheat grill to med-high heat. Grill for 5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.

We used our leftovers for Beef Stroganoff. I'll post that one, too.
