Roasted Asparagus

Fresh asparagus
Olive oil
Salt & pepper
Parmesan Cheese

Trim ends off asparagus. Put on a cookie sheet. Drizzle lightly with olive oil. Roll around to evenly coat with the oil. Sprinkle with salt & pepper & parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 for about 10 minutes. They are SO good. My husband is not an asparagus fan & even he will eat these.
