Cheese-Topped Grilled Tomatoes

I always love new & creative way to cook vegetables. I made this one a while back. But think I will do it again soon. It's really good. It came from the Kraft Food & Family magazine that I get in the mail. (They are free & have great ideas. Check it out!)

4 small tomatoes, cut in half
1/4 c. light italian dressing
1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp chopped fresh herbs (basil, chives)

Preheat grill to med-high heat. Place tomatoes, cut side up in a square foil pan. Drizzle with dressing, sprinkle with cheese. Place pan in grill. Cook 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted & tomatoes are browned. Sprinkle with herbs just before serving.
