Peanut Butter Granola Balls

Energizing snack for kids. Quick & easy to make. My kids loved helping make it & eat it. This is from Martha Stewart.




Peanut Butter Granola Balls

1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. peanut butter
2 Tbsp butter
1 c. rice krispies
1 c. oats
1/4 c. dried fruit (I used raisins & cranberries)



Heat honey, peanut butter & butter in a small saucepan until smooth & melted. Remove from heat and stir in the remaining ingredients. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet or into small cupcake liners. Refrigerate about 15 minutes or until set. Store in airtight container in fridge.
