Stuffed Bread/Calzones

2 loaves Rhodes frozen bread dough, thawed
1 small container ricotta cheese
1 c. parmesan cheese
12 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
1 pkg. frozen spinach, thawed & drained
Pepperoni or sausage, or any other desired toppings

Roll out dough into rectangles. Mix all cheeses and spinach. Spread over dough. Add any toppings. Wrap up and pinch tight. Place the pinched side down. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. Slice & serve with tomato sauce for dipping. You could also make smaller individual calzones with this & make them personalized.

yum yum yum, i love these calzones! you should post your recipe about the rosemary bread, I would make that every week!
