Mom's Cranberry-Orange Sauce

Print Friendly and PDF
My Mom makes this cranberry sauce every Thanksgiving. It's kinda become legendary. Everyone LOVES the sauce & say it's their favorite part of Thanksgiving. It's so easy, too.

1 bag fresh cranberries
2 oranges
1 c. sugar

Chop cranberries in a food processor. Zest the 2 oranges. Juice one of the oranges. The other orange, peel and add to food processor & puree with the cranberries. Combine cranberries, zest, juice & sugar. Mix together. Chill.

This sounds delicious.
I thought this may taste good just drizzled ontop of a slice of turkey or even ham but I'm curious ...Tell me, what do you serve this with?
Thanks.

Yeah, we just serve it with our turkey dinner & eat it with the turkey. But we love it so much that we usually end up just eating it by the spoonful!
