Pie Crust Cookies

Print Friendly and PDF My favorite thing about the holidays are these little treats. We have done this for as long as I can remember.

When you make your pies, you always have a little extra dough leftover. Take the scraps (which are already rolled out flat & put them on a cookie sheet. Spread butter on them & sprinkle a cinnamon/sugar mixture on top. Bake them for about 10 minutes @ 375 degrees. Enjoy!
