Easy-Peasy. I used to buy those cheesecake brownie mixes, but this is just as easy & cheaper. I think they taste better, too.
1 pkg brownie mix, prepared according to box directions.
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 tsp vanilla
Prepare brownie mix & spread into a greased 9x13 pan. Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth, add sugar, egg & vanilla & mix until blended. Spoon over the brownie batter. Cut through the batter with a knife several times to marbelize it.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until cream cheese is lightly browned on top.
