I got this recipe from a friend. He brought it to a potluck dinner. I loved it & got his recipe. Enjoy!
Strawberry Skor Salad
romaine lettuce
sliced red onion
fresh parmesan cheese
sliced strawberries
1/2 bag of skor or heath toffee chips
Dressing:
1 c. mayo
1/2 c. milk
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. white vinegar
2 t. poppy seeds
This makes a lot of dressing, so you could probably 1/2 the recipe for one salad, or just save the leftover in the fridge for next time.
I think it'd be good to add spinach & toasted almonds, too.
