Crunchy Chex Snack

This is a really simple Chex mix. It's not to gooey or sticky. I would say it's a little healthier than your average chex mix, so it makes a good snack.

8 c. chex cereal (use a mix of wheat rice, corn, oat, or whatever you have on hand)
1 c. slivered almonds
1 1/2 c. dried cranberries
1/2 c. butter
1 c. honey

Line 2 large cookie sheets with foil. Spray with oil. Mix cereal, cranberries, & almonds and spread onto the pans. Melt butter & mix with honey. Pour evenly over all the mixture. Stir gently to coat. Bake @ 325 for about 30 minutes. Cool & break apart.
