Chocolate-Choc. Chip Bundt Cake

...with cream cheese icing!!!

This is a copycat recipe of the Nothing Bundt cake. I have never actually had one of their cakes, but have heard amazing things about them. So, when my sister made this a few days ago, I was in love at first bite. I am not kidding, in the least.

So here it is:

1 box devil's food cake mix (do not prepare according to box direstions!)
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water
2 eggs
2 c. chocolate chips

Mix all together. Pour into a greased bundt cake pan & bake according to your cake mix directions for a bundt cake.

Cool the cake for about 5 minutes after baking & then flip onto a serving plate. When the cake is completely cooled ice with cream cheese icing.

Cream Cheese Icing:
4 oz cream cheese
3 c. powdered sugar
2-3 Tbsp milk

You want it to be a thick consistency so you can pipe it on like the picture above. Scoop into a piping bag with a big round tip- or if you don't have one, use a plastic bag with a small corner cut off & pipe on.
