Pioneer Woman's Beef Brisket

This recipe is from the Pioneer Woman. She's got some really great recipes. We made this for our big sunday dinner this week. It was really a hit. I don't really like beef unless it is tender and falling apart, so this was just right for me!

Ingredients:
2 cans beef broth
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. soy sauce
5 cloves minced garlic
2 Tbsp liquid smoke
10 lbs beef brisket

Combine the sauce ingredients in a large roasting pan. PLace brisket in the marinade, fat side up. Cover tightly with foil and marinate for 24-48 hours in the refrgerator. When ready to cook, put it into a 300 degree oven. Cook for 40 minutes per pound- (so for 10 lbs of meat multiply 10 by 40 minutes =about 6 1/2 hrs)

When fork tender, slice against the grain and keep in liquid. Serve immediately.
