Lemon Poppyseed Bundt Cake

I was at a party & had this cake. It's divine, so I hunted down the recipe. I love lemon desserts!

Lemon-Poppyseed Bundt Cake

1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 3oz pkg instant lemon pudding
2 1/4 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 c. + 2 Tbsp milk
1 1/2 Tbsp poppy seeds

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time. Add milk & vanilla & mix. Add dry ingredients. Stir in the poppy seeds last.

Pour int a bundt cake pan that has been greased and floured. Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool 15 minutes in the pan, then turn onto a plate.

Glaze when cooled.

Glaze recipe:

2 c. powdered sugar
2 Tbsp lemon juice
3 Tbsp soft butter
Milk- add a little at a imte to get to a pouring/glaze consistency.

Devour.
