Citrus Rice

Delicious! A nice refreshing change from regular old rice...


1 1/2 c. rice


2 1/2 c. chicken broth


1/2 c. orange juice


2 tsp soy sauce


1/4 c. sliced green onions


3 Tbsp. sliced almonds


Cook rice with broth, o.j., and soy sauce. Sprinkle with almonds and green onions when serving.
