Fruit Salsa & Cinnamon Crisps



Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

2 kiwis, peeled and diced
1-2 peaches, diced
2 apples - peeled, cored and diced
2 lb. berries- raspberries, blueberries, strawberries & blackberries
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp lime zest
10 flour tortillas
3 Tb. melted butter
3 Tb. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

In a large bowl, thoroughly mix fruit, sugar lemon juice, lime zest. Cover and chill in the refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Spread a thin layer of melted butter on one side of each flour tortilla. Cut into wedges and arrange in a single layer on a large baking sheet. Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar mixture.

Bake in the preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes. Allow to cool approximately 15 minutes. Serve with chilled fruit.
