Lemon Parmesan Vinaigrette

Tried a delicious new salad dressing recipe this week. Liked it so much that I made it again already ( and doubled it this time). Super simple, simple good- just my style.

1/4 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
2 tsp whole grain mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
6 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil

Toss over romaine lettuce- make it into a meal & add chicken, croutons, cherry tomatoes.

I love new recipes! So when I saw your link at Women Living Well Wednesdays, I clicked on over. I can't wait to try this one. We are trying to eat things without artificial flavors, color, and preservatives; and salad dressings seem to have a few. This is great - thank you!
