Put your cookies on a mug of milk or hot chocolate to enjoy. Dip - for best results!
I had fun experimenting with this recipe. I saw in a magazine somewhere a cookie that was perched on a mug of hot chocolate. Apparently, there is a special cookie cutter that you can buy to make these, but I did it very easily on my own.
Make some sugar cookies- my favorite recipe is below.
Roll out the dough and cut into heart shapes.
Bake the cookies. Just out of the oven, cut a little slit out of the cookie. I tried doing it before, but they all grew back together while baking. You have to be very careful not to crack the cookie.
Cool and decorate. I used some store-bought poured cookie icing. It hardens.
