Want a simple and inexpensive alternative to that expensive eye makeup remover? I made this a few weeks ago & wanted to try it out for a little bit before posting it. I have to say that it works GREAT! I have been very happy with my homemade eye makeup remover. It is so cheap to make, too. It didn't cost me anything, since I had all of the ingredients on hand already.
Mix it together and pour (with a funnel) into a small bottle. I used a travel size shampoo bottle.
You only need three ingredients:
1 c. water
1 1/2 Tbsp baby shampoo (tear-free)
1/8 tsp baby oil
