Baked Kale Chips

I got a huge big bunch of kale this week in my Bountiful Basket.  I have heard good things lately about kale chips so I decided to give them a try.  They were SO easy to make.  They are really yummy, and healthy, too.  Even my husband- who really doesn't like many veggies, snacked on them all night!  I love discovering a great new snack. 

Cut the leaves off the stems and tear into bite size pieces.

Toss with salt and olive oil bake for 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.



Mmmm, i need to try this. Sounds great!
