I got this multi-colored ravioli at Costco recently. I wsa trying to figure out what kind of sauce to put on, so I started creating. It was SO good! This is great for a super easy, last minute meal. Serve with some veggies and chicken on the side. Delish!
1 pkg prepared ravioli, I used a 5-cheese
Toss with:
3 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp olive oil
1/4 c. parmean cheese
zest of 1 lemon
juice from 1/2 lemon
2 Tbsp fresh chopped basil
salt & pepper
